Mobile Diesel Generator:
The trailer mounted gen set features different structures as single bearing double
wheels and fully towed type, or double bearing 4 wheels and semi-towed type. Between the gen set and mobile unit, there is a spring fixture for vibration damping.
A braking unit is applied to models above 200k W in order to ensure enough safety
and mobility when taking a run on normal roads. This type of trailer mounted gen
set is highly integrated for ready use at the destination. The gen set is mounted
in a weatherproof canopy which features wind-duct, louvers and draining units.
It is completely suitable for all-weather field work.
The side door is fit to each side of the weatherproof canopy for operation and service,
and the doors can be locked by a special lock for safety of the gen set. There is a viewing window on the side of the canopy for convenient operation.
Inside the canopy, it contains fuel tanks and batteries. The biggest fuel tank can meet the requirements of 24 hours full-load running of the trainer mounted gen set. According to the customers requirements, the related equipment such as cable
reel and cable adaptor can be installed additionally. Besides, soundproof type of the trailer mounted gen set is available as requested.
